Serious subject with humor and common sense

Not just about weight loss, but a lot about just eating the way our bodies were designed to utilize food. Dr. Briffa doesn't lecture about what we should do. He seems to share what he has seen working for himself and his patients. Even better: it doesn't really cost anything (aside from the cost of the book) to give his ideas a try.

Much needed!

This is the book I was thinking needed to be written. It's for hard losers who want to be healthy while shedding the pounds. You won't find much new in the book but what you will find is a well written, easy to understand combination of Atkin's and Primal eating. This is the single best diet approach for most obese and health challenged individuals. I still recommend reading Atkin's, The Primal Blueprint and The Paleo Solution but this (as far as I can tell) is the first true progressive merger!
